California Dreamin'

Nope, didn't die in a fiery plane crash, Thank God...
I did loathe the flying bit and did not 'get used to it' as everyone said I would. I hated it and only got through it because of The Thing. He was, as always, wonderful. The trip was awesome, romantic, amazing and every other positive (ad nauseam) adjective you can think of. There will be more details and stories to come, I'm sure, but today is my first day back at work and I really suppose I should do something...maybe...
